KIDS PROGRAM


Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 5–12)

Builds confidence, discipline, and coordination in a safe, structured environment. Beginners always welcome.

Who it’s for
• Children ages 5–12
• No prior experience required

What kids learn
• Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and positional control
• Age-appropriate self-defense and bully prevention
• Balance, coordination, and body awareness
• Problem-solving through drills and games

Class format
• Warm-up and movement drills
• Technique instruction (throws, pins, submissions)
• Skill-based games
• Supervised, controlled sparring

Kids Kickboxing (Ages 5–12)

A fun, high-energy class that builds confidence, coordination, and fitness through safe, structured striking fundamentals. Beginners welcome.

Who it’s for
• Children ages 5–12
• No prior experience required

What kids learn
• Basic boxing and kickboxing techniques
• Fundamentals inspired by Muay Thai and Kyokushin Karate
• Coordination, balance, and motor skills
• Focus, discipline, and controlled movement

Class format
• Warm-up and movement drills
• Punching and kicking instruction
• Shadowboxing and partner pad work
• Conditioning for agility and flexibility

ADULT / TEEN PROGRAM


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

A structured class for beginners and experienced students, focused on technical development, self-defense, and live application in a controlled training environment.

Who it’s for
• Adults and teens
• Beginner-friendly (white belt and above)

What students learn
• Fundamental and advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques
• Self-defense concepts and positional awareness
• Takedowns, ground control, and submissions
• Strategy for sport and real-world application

Class format
• Warm-up and mobility drills
• Technique instruction (standing and ground)
• Partner drilling to build timing and precision
• Live rolling from standing or ground

Requirements
• Gi required

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

A fast-paced grappling class focused on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the gi, emphasizing athletic movement, control, and modern submission techniques.

Who it’s for
• Adults and teens
• Beginner-friendly (white belt and above)

What students learn
• No-Gi grappling fundamentals
• Takedowns, scrambles, and positional control
• Submissions and transitions
• Timing, pressure, and movement without grips

Class format
• Warm-up and mobility drills
• Technique instruction focused on No-Gi scenarios
• Partner drilling for speed and accuracy
• Live sparring with specific and open rounds

Requirements
• Rashguard and board shorts


Muay Thai / Kickboxing

A striking-focused class that builds strong fundamentals, conditioning, and confidence through structured training inspired by Muay Thai and kickboxing.

Who it’s for
• Adults
• Beginners welcome — no prior striking experience required

What students learn
• Punching, kicking, knee, and elbow techniques
• Defensive movement and footwork
• Pad work fundamentals and combinations
• Conditioning, timing, and striking mechanics

Class format
• Warm-up and mobility drills
• Technique instruction and combination breakdowns
• Partnered pad work and controlled drills
• Conditioning rounds to build endurance and power

• Shin guards

Open Mat (Members Only)

An unstructured training session for members to drill techniques, spar, and train independently in a supervised environment.

Who it’s for
• Active members only
• All experience levels (with coach approval)

What to expect
• Open drilling and positional work
• Live rolling at your own pace
• Time to review techniques and experiment
• Coach supervision to ensure safety and etiquette

Important notes
• No unsupervised sparring
• Respectful conduct required at all times
• Open Mat may be adjusted or canceled based on class needs

• Not available (members only)

Requirements
• Appropriate training attire for Gi or No-Gi sessions
