MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Access & Billing
One active membership grants access to both RG Jersey City and RG Harrison academies.
Standard memberships are month-to-month with no minimum term, no initiation fee, and no cancellation fee.
Memberships are billed on a fixed monthly cycle based on the original signup date and are non-refundable.
2. Freezes
You may freeze your membership only via email, at least 15 days before your next billing date.
All freezes are for a minimum of one full month.
→ Partial freezes or prorated freezes are not permitted.If you return to class during a freeze period, your membership will automatically reactivate and continue billing normally.
3. Freeze Credits
A one-month freeze will be held as a credit to be applied when your membership resumes.
Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no value outside of membership use.
4. Freeze Frequency
Membership freezes are intended for exceptional use, not indefinite or repeated pauses.
If a member requests frequent or recurring freezes, RGCC may require the member to pause or cancel the membership and restart when ready.
5. Superpacks
1-Year and 6-Month Superpacks are non-refundable and non-proratable.
Superpacks may be frozen for:
1-Year Superpack: minimum of 1 month, up to 4 months.
6-Month Superpack: minimum of 1 month, up to 2 months.
5.1. class packs:
Each class session taken counts as 1 class in a pack. (open mat sessions included)
5 Classes Pack expires within 1 month.
10 Classes Pack expires within 2 months.
20 Classes Pack expires within 3 months.
Class packs are designed to be used actively within the expiration window.
*Class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within their respective duration. No extensions or rollovers.
6. General
RG Crown Collection reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms fairly to protect the academy’s sustainability.
Membership terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted on the website is the authoritative version.
